-Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping through UPS.
***Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are working diligently to improve our warehouse infrastructure but this takes time. After sales, please allow extra processing and shipping time. We thank you in advance for your patience and greatly appreciate your support.
-No International Shipping at this time. Only shipping in the contiguous 48 states is available. Please see our International Distributor list. We are constantly working to expand this list so check back often!
-No shipping to PO Boxes, Military or APO addresses at this time. Only USPS is allowed to ship to PO Boxes and we do not ship USPS at this time. We only ship through UPS.
-The FREE shipping is available based on the top website banner terms. Orders over 20 lbs are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged appropriate shipping charges. Free shipping is calculated after all sales or discounts have been applied.
-Large orders over 50lbs may require special freight charges. We may contact you to add additional shipping costs for the safety of your order. Please feel free to contact us at info@diydetail to arrange or if you have questions.
Returns Policy | DIY Detail
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. However, we understand there may be reasons you would like to request a refund or return. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. While we always diligently strive to send all of our products in perfect condition, damages and defects may occur on rare occasions. The following information outlines our return/refund policy in detail along with information on how to replace a defective item.
MISSING, DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
• We will send replacements for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
• Please call us at 1.800.297.5986 or email us at info@diydetail.com within 10 Days of your order date with your order number and a photo of the contents you received.
• Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Absolutely no returns on chemicals. There may be rare exceptions for hardgoods, such as pads, towels, etc. and are subject to approval by DIY Detail customer service team. Please call us at 1.800.297.5986 or email us at info@diydetail.com with your order number and a photo of the item you are requesting the return for. Products may be returned for a full refund only under the following conditions:
• Product(s) are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Product(s) are in new condition (unused and/or unwashed).
• Product(s) are in their original packaging. If the product has been opened or removed from its original packaging, we will be unable to provide a full refund.
• Customers are responsible for costs associated with return shipping.
• If you would like DIY Detail to provide you with a pre-paid return label to help facilitate the return process, we are happy to do so in most situations. However, please note, the associated return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount when the product(s) arrives and the refund is processed.
DIY Detail Tool Return & Warranty Policy
All sales final. There are no returns on opened or used tools. If you purchased the tool from one of our distributors, please contact them for their return policy. 1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty: 1 year (from date of purchase) manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturing defects or failure of the tool. Normal wear and tear with normal maintenance or abuse is not covered. Please email us the following information to info@diydetail.com for warranty claims.
- Original order number.
- Issue you are having with the tool.
- How often the tool has been used and how it’s been used.
- How has the tool been maintained.
- Photos of the issue (as much as possible). We will review the information provided and confirm if the issue is under warranty. If the damage is deemed under warranty, we will provide you with a shipping label to send the tool to our repair facility. Please allow 2-4 weeks for repairs and shipping.
