-Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping through UPS. 

***Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are working diligently to improve our warehouse infrastructure but this takes time. After sales, please allow extra processing and shipping time. We thank you in advance for your patience and greatly appreciate your support.

-No International Shipping at this time. Only shipping in the contiguous 48 states is available. Please see our International Distributor list. We are constantly working to expand this list so check back often!

-No shipping to PO Boxes, Military or APO addresses at this time. Only USPS is allowed to ship to PO Boxes and we do not ship USPS at this time. We only ship through UPS.

-The FREE shipping is available based on the top website banner terms. Orders over 20 lbs are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged appropriate shipping charges.

-Large orders over 50lbs may require special freight charges. We may contact you to add additional shipping costs for the safety of your order. Please feel free to contact us at info@diydetail to arrange or if you have questions.

For damaged or lost shipments, please call us at 1.800.297.5986. Pictures of damaged contents may be also sent to info@diydetail.com

Please note:

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us at info@diydetail.com within 10 Days of your order date with your order number and a photo of the contents you received. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to make sure your replacement is sent out.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
