Shipping policy
- Order processing: Processing time to shipping can vary based upon order volume and when order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm CST through Sunday, or holidays. Packages ship when the order is complete.
- Shipping Carrier: UPS.
- Returns, changes, and cancellations. Please see our refund policy.
- Order tracking details. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Liability Policy – DIY Detail LLC
At DIY Detail LLC, we take great care to ensure that all orders are packaged correctly and shipped promptly. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the delivery process is assumed by the carrier
Carrier Delivery Errors
If a package is delivered to the wrong address, lost, misdelivered, or otherwise mishandled by the shipping carrier, DIY Detail LLC is not liable for the error.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Delivery to an incorrect address by the carrier

Packages marked as “delivered” but not received by the customer

Carrier delays, routing mistakes, or failed delivery attempts
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout

Monitoring shipment status using the tracking information provided

Contacting the carrier directly for any disputes or claims related to delivery issues

Although DIY Detail LLC is not responsible for carrier delivery errors, our team is happy to assist by supplying tracking information and helping customers initiate a claim with the carrier when appropriate.
