DIY Detail Type 3: 3 Year Graphene Ceramic Coating is a TEOS-based ceramic coating that delivers up to three years of durable protection, enhanced gloss, slickness, and easy maintenance. Designed for both enthusiasts and professional detailers, this coating uses Instant Bond Technology for a straightforward application experience.

The advanced TEOS formulation helps resist clogging and fracturing while creating a hydrophobic protective layer that helps repel water, dirt, and environmental contaminants.

A foam applicator pad is included for application.

Application Instructions

Surface Prep

• Start with a clean, dry, and fully decontaminated surface.
• Surface temperature must be above 50°F (10°C) and remain there for at least 1 hour.

For best results, prep the surface using DIY Detail Panel Prep or C6 Ceramics Adhesion Promoter Polish (APP).

Application Method

• Unscrew coating cap to expose dropper, ensuring it is seated properly.
• Apply 8–10 drops to the applicator and spread over the surface.
• For additional panels, apply 2–3 drops.
• Allow to flash, then level with a Level One Towel & follow behind with a Freebird 400 towel.

Post-Application Care

• Vehicle can return to service after 1 hour
• Wash using DIY Detail Rinse Less Wash after 3 days
• Full cure achieved in 7 days
