Note: Please apply in a well-ventilated area and wear a mask if needed. 

How to Apply Hydr8 Ceramic Coating:

• Start with a clean and dry surface.
• Wipe down with DIY Detail panel prep or apply C6 APP.
• Wearing gloves, in a well-ventilated area, 8-10 drops to the applicator pad to prime. Then 1-2 drops per panel.
• Working in a circular motion apply the DIY Detail Ceramic Coating to a small area ( a front fender for example).
• With Hydr8 you can apply to the vehicle. Then return and level within 30 minutes of application.
• Observe the surface, as the coating begins to cross-link to the paint, the coating will transition from a liquid to what looks like an oil slick on water.
• When 50% of the surface turns back to clear, start leveling the coating.
• With a short nap towel, lightly wipe the surface. If the towel is dragging or is getting wet, wait 1 min more.
• Level with a DIY Level One Towel and follow behind with a Freebird 400 towel.
• The coating needs 1 hour before exposure to rain.
• 3 days before you can wash with DIY Detail Rinse Less Wash.
